Yes, we do and I agree you should keep the heat down low. Most of our customers started purchasing these systems after we were able to comlete the design. Please find attached some pictures of a system that was built and polished, as well as another system that was not polished but supplied with CATS.
Most of our customer order the complete system, which includes headers, two sets of up-pipes (one is without CATS, and one set is with CATS for track days), stainless steel mufflers, and exit pipes.
Price on the complete system is $6995 (includes both sets of up-pipes). Polishing is an extra $395.00 but is the entire system. This design will fit either dry-sump or normally mounted engine configurations. All pieces are in 304 stainless and use the highest quality merge collectors and aircraft v-band clamps. This is the same high quality we use for our NASCAR customers. This is more than the factory system, but if you've seen the factory pieces, they're not so good and they don't have a 'under' system as it's too hard to design. By the way, Hendrick Motorsports pays us $28,000.00 for a set of headers because we're the only company that can build them to the exact primary lengths required.
Terms are 50% at time of order, and it usually takes about 4-6 weeks to deliver, balance due at shipment time. Most of the time is waiting for all the special parts like merge collectors, etc.
